Hyundai Motor India — Customer handing and False Promises - Worst That I have ever Seen. | |||
Below is the issue that I faced from one of your Dealer (VTJ Hyundai - Kakkanad) We had an Inquiry about Hyundai Elite I20 Sportz 1.2 Petrol Variant. They were providing me offers and we were discussing on the same. While discussing he said the Cut mat includes the Dicky mat and when we were about to finalize the offer he said that cut mat does not includes Dicky Mat. We asked the representative that "Just now you said that Dicky mat will be included and now you are saying no". So we lost the credibility of the dealership as we are not at the back of SO CALLED FREEBIE... So we said we will look for some other dealer and get back to them..For that he said "Don't We have any other Work spending time this much time". That too it was so rude. I was thinking to switch the Dealer only because of the reliability and Credibility of that particular dealer. If he changes the word within minutes of what he said actually how will one trust the dealer. Please advise your dealers to behave properly with the Customers we are not behind you for your freebies.. If this is the case sure i will not recommend Hyundai to any of my Friends or any one. Request you to let me know what would be the action taken for my complaint. For God Sake I saved my Hard Earned Money by opting not to buy your vehicle. Was this information helpful? | |||
