Hyundai Motor India — Damaged my Car AC | |||
Given my vehicle for Accidental Repairs on 22-07-21 for rear bumper, LHS tail light and quarter panel repair, committed delivery date was 05 -08-21. Upon asking on 06-08-21 they responded that after releasing DO from insurance company they will handover vehicle. I enquired from insurance company surveyor and he confirmed that the DO was already released on 03-08-21 which I conveyed after which they confirmed to pick vehicle at 02:00 PM on 06-08-21. Upon reaching there I found that the work was incomplete and my AC was not working which was not part of repair and diesel was near to empty, screws of rear bumper was loose, reflector of bumper was loose, back gear sensors were not working. I had to get all this work done by standing there. MY CAR's AC IS STILL NOT WORKING, ON 29-08-21 UPON REACHING AT SERVICE CENTRE THEY RELEASED MY CAR AC'S GAS, AND TOLD ME TO GET IT CHECKED NEXT DAY, TODAY THEY PICKED MY VEHICLE TO CHECK AND CONVEYED OVER PHONE THAT ONE PIPE IS DAMAGED. BUT AT THE TIME OF HANDOVER MY AC WAS WORKING PERFECTLY. THEY ARE ASKING RS.4500/- + GST FOR REPAIRS. MY CONCERN IS THAT MY CAR'S AC WAS DAMAGED BY THEM BY MISUSING MY VEHICLE WHICH IS NOT WORKING NOW. Was this information helpful? | |||
