Hyundai Motor India — damaged tyre after service | |||
To The manager Kun hyundai Ambattur Chennai Dear sir, On 28th april i gave my car for servicing. Yesterday 14th may i went to fill petrol and put air for my tyres. When the boy pulled out the spare tyre from the dicky he told me it was damaged. I have not used the spare tyre as my other 4 tyres are in good condition. I request you to check with your staff as to how this could have happened and why it was sent back to me in this damaged condition. Attaching photos of the damaged tyre.
