Hyundai Motor India — dealer complaint-urgent | |||
Dear concern, I am using i10 car of hyundai company. On 30th while driving my car over heated due to damage and leakage in radiator, i called up local service center i. E. Tirupati hyundai in kannauj district. After checking the same they informed me the leakage of radiator, hence i purchased new radiator and alvo. It took two days’ time due to non-availability of parts which later arranged from other city. On 31st before handing over car hey informed me that car is in ok condition and asked for service, as per them they also ride test drive 20 to 25 km to check any issue but informed that all is ok. Car was seems in good condition that day after repair and service, but next day itself it gets starting trouble. Then i called tirupati hyundai and inform the issue, they send one person to attend the car, after trying lot, he informs that compressor not working and whole engine need to be repaired. It was so shocking for me that after whole service of car within 3 days how come engine need to repair, i feel i have been cheated by dealer, whole day i left my car in service center on belief, but onwards i’m not going to believe on any center. If compressor not working at all then why i was not being informed? But after lodging compliant on 6th april still i dd not get any revert from hyundai motors.
