Hyundai Motor India — defective car sold to me | |||
I am rajesh chigurupati. On 31st oct 2019, i bought the i20 sports model car (Tn 14 u 9302) from kun hyundai shollinganallur, chennai branch. Today while i was driving, suddenly i got a big a sound and smoke came from the engine, immediately i stopped the car and i suspect something was blasted and all the engine oil was leaked. I given the vehicle in the rk hyundai tirupathi showroom. I was travelling with my family, all of a sudden every one got panic due to the incident and i didn't expect this from a 10 days old vehicle, its very fortunate that road is empty and i can able to safely stop the car, if anything happened to anybody who will take the responsibility, being a big brand, we believe the car was properly tested in all aspects, before selling the car, now i am getting a doubt that you have sold the defective car. Going forward i cant drive the car with full of doubts. Please take you car and refund the entire amount which i have paid. I bought the car with lot of hopes, but finally ended with the worst experience. My entire family was disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |||
