Hyundai Motor India — Defects in my Verna Fluidic VTVT Petrol purchased in March 2015 | |
I purchased above Car from Ajmer Dealer Shivam Hyundai on 4th March, 2015. At the time of taking delivery, i noticed that Trunk Lid iwas not opening fully either with Remote or mechanically. Recently the Horns of the Car started giving trouble as also irritable noise can be heard from the front and rear of the Car specially on slight rough roads thereby suggesting that there must be some problem with either suspension system or Shockers On the insistence of . Ajmer Hyundai, Ajmer one Mr. Shiva, APSMNRO-2 visited Ajmer on 22.12.16 and took Test Drive with the mechanic of the Dealer and agreed that the Car needs attention and replacement of certain parts including Horns.As the Trunk opening through remote was defective and Mr. Shiva could not explain and justify his points and failed to satisfy me, he in a fit of anger, put a remark on Job Order " Diggi is opened through & it does not matter how Diggi will open" and advised the dealer to write that Car is O.K. and there is no noise and Horn working fine. Surprised with the sudden change of things, I had no option but to take my Car back with Dissatisfaction Note recorded on the Job Order Sheet dt. 22.12.2016. My detailed complains to Hyundai CEO is still unreplied. May I request you to please lodge my complaint and forward the same to the concerned authorities for redressal so that I may enjoy trouble free ride in my Car. Was this information helpful? | |
