Hyundai Motor India — Delay accident repair

Hyndaii xcent bearing R.No. GA 06 E 1086 met with an accident on 18.03.2015 and handed over to GOA Hyundai verna on 19.03.2015 as there was Goa election on 18.03.2015. The initial formalities of insurance and all was done. Today its 08.04.2015, and still my car is not been taken for repair. I enquired about it and learned so, stating that, parts are yet to be recieved and work will start then. Finally the vehicle probably be delivered on 30.04.2015. Today its 20 days my vehicle is standing for waste. I should say the serivice of hyundai is so poor and irresponsible. I want the reply and immediate action asap.
