[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — Delay in Car delivery | |||
Issue: Met withCar accident on July 24 and my Car was taken to Samara Hyundai Kirti Nagarhowever, the car has not been delivered yet DL10CA 3932 – Bhupander Singh I met with accident on July 24 and my car was taken to Samara Hyundai, Kirti Nagar New Delhi. I was advised that the car will be delivered on or before Aug 27, 2014. But my car has not been delivered yet. Bad Customer Service:Even though my car is still with Samara Hyundai however I received around 10calls from Customer service asking for the services if my car is running smoothly.They don’t even have their own department information if the car has been delivered yet or not. The service adviser never gives accurate response. Whenever I call them they advise me that they will call back. However, they do not call me back infect I have to call them again. The reason for car delay is always a spare parts production problem as informed by the Hyundai management. They say they did not get the parts on time therefore they are unable to deliver the car on time. Irrelevant Expenses. I already have spent more than 20, 000on taxi/Auto fare.
