Hi Team,
My name is Murali and have booked CRETA S variant with my father name Venkateswara Rao on Jan 5th 2022 at KUN Hyundai Gachibowli branch.
At the time of booking branch manager promised that will give deliver 2 months or Max 3 months. I have called couple of times (more than 10 times) about status of delivery. They always saying will give delivery at the earlist.
I escalated to regional manager Santhosh about my issue and he saying that CRETA S variant production is not there and suggest to go for another variant. Hence I informed santhosh that I will go for CRETA SX Executive variant. Now Santhosh is saying wait for another 3 more months for my selected Variant. This is ridiculous. KUN Hyundai branch manager should have informed me before 90days when I called him if the S variant production is not there. After 90days they are suggesting for change the variant.Even After change my variant they are asking me wait for more 90days again.
How do I trust your company again about delivery?
And regional manager saying that withdraw the booking amount. its waste of my waiting period 90days.
I'm completely dissatisfied with your service and false promises.
I will wait for resolution of my issue
Arrange the CRETA SX Executive asap. .. if no proper resolution I will post my issue to social media and never suggested KUN Hyundai to anyone. Was this information helpful? |
