Hyundai Motor India — Delay in delivery and lack of communication | |||
Hi, I have purchased a hyundai xcent from austin hyundai, kolkata this month (June 2017). However, i have yet not received my car. The distributor has cancelled the delivery thrice. Initially it was scheduled to be delivered on 16th of this month, then they postponed it to 20th and then to 26th. Today when i called up they denied delivery on 26th as well. There has not been any communication regarding this delay from austin. I had called up customer support to get assistance on this, but even they refused to help me. This is really causing a lot of inconvenience. This kind o[censored]nprofessional service from hyundai is really unexpected. Was this information helpful? | |||

With the complaint being registered, the dealer is now suggesting us to take the car without registration.
