Hyundai Motor India — delay in delivery of car after accidental damage | |||||
Respected sir, I am the owner of i10 grand (Hr20ag0969). I met an accident on[protected]. From this date my car is in the body shop of rohtak branch. They gave me the date[protected] to handed over it to me. But till now they didn't deliver it to me. And gave me the date 10 days ahead. I am very frustrated from the services of hyundai. Many of my urgent works are pending due to my vehicle. It is very difficult situation for me to leave my car for such a long time. Now i am thinking that it was my big mistake to buy a hyundai car. Request you to please change your service staff because of them the customers are facing lots of problems. And resolve customers problems. Please manage to deliver my car as early as possible.
