[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — Delay in providing proper service | |||
We had given our car(i20) for regular servicing on 6th September in Hyundai's Udyambag Showroom, we were aware that there was damage to the tyre arm of the left side, due to heavy rain as the car had hit a pot hole. Service executive took the car and explained the process and mentioned that the part is not in stock and they would have to place an order to get and replace it and asked us not to take the car on long journey after the servicing. we were assured that the request has been placed for the part and it will be delivered within 3 days from Chennai location. we followed by after 3 days and were told it was delayed and will take another 3 days, so checked up after 3 days, got to know that request hasn't been placed for the part and it would be delayed further and it has been more than 19 days since our first discussion about the part replacement. Spoke to CRM executive member about the issue but there is still no assurance if they can get the part anytime soon and fix the problem. No one from the service branch reached out nor updated us about the delay, we follow up but there is no proper response from the executives. we are still waiting to hear back from them. we hope this forum could help expedite the process and resolve our issue.
