I Purchase new car ( Hyundai XCENT ) ON 17 FEB 2015 from DIVINE MOTORS PvT Ltd VAPI DIST VALSAD GUJARAT . BUT TILL DATE ( 17 APRIL 2015 ) have not Received RTO number. .
