Hyundai Motor India — delay in taking up service request with insurance claim | |||
I approached hyundai service centre, lukerganj, allahabad, up to get my car bearing no up 70 cr 2632 serviced with insurance claim, over 10 days back. I was given a 10 days waiting time for my request to be taken up, without any token number for the same. On contacting the service centre today, i was told to wait for another over 15 days which is not understandable. It reflects very poorly on the professional efficacy of the service centre. As no token was given by the service centre, accountability for not taking up my request or allowing out of turn request to other claimants could not be fixed. Kindly look into the matter to get my issue resolved at the earliest, as i am facing hardship due to non servicing of my car.
