Hyundai Motor India — delay of servicing of my car | |||
Dear hyundai, I santosh kumar nayak of vill/post nayagarh purchased a car grand i10 (Asta) from aditya hyundai nh5 tamando bhubaneswar odisha on 2015. I faced an accident on 8/4/2019 and hand over the car to your service center for repair on same day. The service manager commited me for one one month to complete the service of my car. I had visited the service center again and again, but i fell that unneccessary delay and neglect service from the center. When ever i visited to the center, they promise me to complete within 4 to 5 day, but they (Including crm sales) fail to keep the words. After many visit i am now feel harashed during these 3 to 4 months. During these days i faced many problems to travel for my work and wasted huge amount in hiring other travels. As per my complaint i want my car back to work as soon as possible. Otherwise i will make a complaint against your service in consumer court to take legal actin against the suffer i have faced during these days.
