We booked creta SX petrol manual variant at Kun Hyundai Kondapur, Hyderabad branch and the service so far is bad.
My wife is an assistant manager at Bank of Baroda and she applied for loan long back the moment we booked the car hoping that we get it as early as possible because one of her colleagues referred this branch. He usually sanctions car loans for customers from BOB and work closely with some of your colleagues in this branch. We have been waiting for car and get the loan disbursed to go for Long leave so that she can take care of our new born Baby boy
When we tried to book vehicle, we were told that the waiting period is 90 days and that’s what is written everywhere in show room. So we paid booking amount on January 16th and requested for early delivery and they said, we will see if we can delivery as early as possible. But they never updated about status in between and I keep on reminding and reaching them. Now after the waiting period over I called them and Hyundai customer care too but not getting any proper response on when I will get the vehicle delivered.
I tried reaching out to Hyundai customer care almost everyday from last 1 week and they keep ok saying same thing that some one will call back to update you soon but no one called or approached with any updates.
Highly disappointed with Hyundai for my first car. Thought it would be wonderful experience but Hyundai and Kun Hyundai made it a nightmare for me. It is causing me more personal problems. If know About these things happen little advance, I would have gone for a different cad maker and now I can’t wait for 3 months with other seller.
So far very bitter experience with Hyundai.
