Am a Senior Citizen and was keen to drive and own new Creta SX(O) and accordingly booked the vehicle during November 1st week 2021 with Blue Hyundai Bangalore, who assured to deliver the vehicle between 8 and 12 weeks. But since the delivery was doubtful, the dealer convinced me to change the vehicle booking to Hyndai Alcazar and assured to deliver within 4 weeks and this change was done during 2nd week February 2022. Now, last week they confirmed me that chassis has been allotted to me and will be delivered within 10 days but it is not coming through. Am very much disappointed and annoyed. Today I have cancelled the booking and asked them to refund the booking amount. My complaint is when the dealer very well knows that the vehicle cannot be delivered in a short time why give false assurance to the clients. By this I have lost confidence on Hyundai and will not recommend anyone to buy the vehicle. My desire and ambition to drive new vehicle has died. I do not know whether I will drive a New Hyundai vehicle in my life. Am so frustrated and hence complaining to you.
