I have booked for Hyundai grand i10 ASTA model petrol variant on December 5th & paid a token amount for booking the colour & model as advised by the sales executive. (Mr. Sundar & Santosh)
Then I have cleared all my processing with my loan & made the down payment of balance amount by 26th Dec as the (Mr.Arul) sales manger has informed me that if they don't make the invoice before 30th December, offer will not be applicable.
So, I have made all arrangements & made the payment. Starting from very next day after taking all the payment, Sales manager(Mr.Arul), Sales executive(Mr.Sundar & Mr.Santosh) have called me on almost dialy basis to comprise on the color for a week saying some names reasons like manufacturing is stopped etc. When enquired with Hyundai care, they checked & informed that no such thing is there. All colors are available.
Then when I rejected, they were forcing me to go for 2017 model instead of 2016 saying non-availability of stock. When checked in Salem (Golden Hyundai), they have confirmed me of 2016 model present there.
I clearly stated them to deliver 2016 model, Now they say they have arranged for vehicle from some other dealer but (Mr.Arul) again convinces me to shift my loan account to that other dealer of Chennai.When enquired with Area manager(Mr.Arun), he confirmed me that invoice has to happen from Hosur only.
Now having fed-up, I raised an official complaint after which the response has been still be the same. I have heard of Hyundai as most customer supportive in all such cases, but this is the bitter experience am facing even before I buy the vehicle.
Whether it is problem with the Hyundai or with the dealership, some one has to take the blame & pay for it. Was this information helpful? |
