Hyundai Motor India — Delivery related | |||
Hi Team, I have booked a Hyundai i20 active S(Petrol) Polar white on October 10th at Utkal Hyundai Jeypore, Odisha. At the time of booking dealer assured me that he will try to deliver before 23rd (That is dashera) or he will deliver by this month end. As dashera (23rd oct) is over, and i certainly understand it is not possible to deliver so quickly, i have called the dealer to ask about the possible date of delivery. As he was telling me by the month end deliver for sure, so i need to know the possible date so that i can go that place as i am working in Hyderabad. But today when asked to tell about some date, he was replying rudely like, i don't want to talk now. When it will come i will inform. I can not tell you the date. If you want take the vehicle wati for my call or cancel. And his tone was very high and indescent. he used some local slangs also. Was it way to behave to a customer. if you can not deliver on a promised date then you can explain and asked me to wait for some more days politely. Please let me know how to go ahead with my booking with such a arrogant dealer and what is Hyundai's take on this. And when i talk to a customer care they said there is no authorised dealer at this location. Then how the dealer is delivering the hyundai vehicles. And who is responsible for all this things.
