Hyundai Motor India — Denied delivery after more than 4 months at Safdarjung Hyundai Gurgaon | |||
Hi all This is highly disgusting and unethical to see Hyundai ethics being exploited by dealerships to such level. Now when I have waited for 17 week’s already, I have been denied delivery by Neelam, Saurabh Shukla and Manu Srivastava at Safdarjung Hyundai, Gurgaon and advised to withdraw my booking application as there is no commitment date for the future also. I want to highlight a few facts how dealers are exploiting the end users which would finally impact Hyundai Brand reputation. 1. They force customers to buy cars with additional INR 2 lakhs of accessories or else make you keep waiting till infinity. 2. They black market the allocations for people who buy on down payments or who are ready to bribe them for early deliveries. 3. Perpetual excuse of low or no production at the HMIL plant where as HMIL is always in news for huge production and sales. 4. I will ensure that I highlight enough in standard chartered bank to discourage employees to buy Hyundai as it is a mere time waste of the employer as well as employees. 5. By withdrawing my application, I will certainly park my feedback to delist Hyundai from preferred vendor list of the Bank as Hyundai has compromised ethics, no commitment and no value towards customers time.
