I have booked new Creta SX(0) white at Khanna Hyundai, Kanpur on the 11th January 2021 with bookong id B[protected] by the token amount of 50, 000INR and I was assured delivery within 2month/8 week time period by the salesperson as well as sales manager and customer care manager.
Upon asking about the same on the 6th march 2021, they deny the delivery time period ensured and refused to deliver the vehicle also expressed uncertainty of that too.
Also, the behaviour was very unethical and rude, No fixed time period or date is provided from their side.

    I have purchased this product 50 inch led tv from shop. tv screen has got some display problem. I did complain to customer care but they are not giving service to repair this. They are misbehaving .i have all recording of misbehaving to me. They are saying that our agreement with hyundai has been cancelled while all number and email id on products are there of vediocon. I have talked to new hyundai complain number they are saying we give service only product 2019 or after. My product is in warranty and no company is providing me service for my product. Please look in this matter on urgent basis. Hyundai and vediocon make lot of customer fool like this.i did complain of consumer helpline but only complain is pending in entry mode.no response from them from two month.i did complain all over from six month but no one is hearing my problem.

      I booked New i20 on 24 Dec 2020 in Bangalore Advaith Hyundai, (bill is attached) and I was told by the dealer that it will be delivered in 1 Month, by end of Jan 2021 but its been more than 2.5 Months, Now I have been told that the Billing is Not Happening for the variant i booked. For the car details refer to attachment, Bill from Dealer.

          Pathetic sales service faced during buying of new car grand i10 neos.
          The dealer is only interested in sale of car, To hell with customer satisfaction & delight.
          They guys fools the consumer by assuring about ready delivery and took 7 days time to give delivery..
          Also sales manager was not aware about the which parts included in warrenty or not they were just switching responsibility between sales and service dept..
          They don't care about consumer timing and imotions with newly buying vehicle.. Once you booked the car then behaviour was changed totally..
          They just think all customers are fools and on the name of hyundai we can sell anything to them...

            Sir
            NRL Hundai workshop, shahdra chungi, Agra is not delivering our car having Registration No UP14CP6009 on time. The date of delivery was 22 Feb 2021. We are not satisfied with the repaired car as the wheel was not in proper position. They are also overcharging us as the labour charge is huge.

              I am owner of Hyundai verna Auto Sx from June 2018. My vehicle is 38000 kms run.
              I am senior citizen and my car has been used single handedly. I have done all my services in authorized service center.
              Since last two services/1year, I am complaining about the poor performance of suspension. I have kept my car in service center RSA many times, but every time they were unable to cure the problem.
              Suspension are so hard that every pot hole and patch is felt inside cabin.
              I had high expectation from hyundai and for comfort I had opted for Auto model.
              After many complain there is no solution.

                Laxmi Hyundai, L.B Nagar, Hyderabad.
                Your office employees are wrongly entered Cubic Capacity 5.0 instead 1493 in RC.
                Now insurance company ( Bharati AXA General Insurance Co Ltd) not accepting claim due to Cubic Capacity Mistake.
                I approach LB Nagar Show room, they not responding properly.
                I request to you please correct the mistake with in 2days and do needful Sir.

                  I am feeling very disappointed with the condition of newly purchased car. I have purchased new verna in August0-2020 from AKC Hundai, SHahjahanpur. The paint quality is very poor. The paint is getting scratched off at many points particularly at curves even after the purchase of 15-20 days. The matter has been discussed with the dealer, but no satisfactory reply was given.
                  It seems that the quality of paint has been deterioted after shifitng from oil based paint to water based paint.
                  Although we have got done the teflon coating as recommended by the dealer. But is is of no use.
                  I request to look into the matter and resolve the issue

                    I had booked a CRETA SX PETROL Black with Ultimate Hyundai Panchkula on 17.11.2020 with waiting period of 3 months. Booking slip is also enclosed. It has been told to me that your booking no. is 1st. In the month Feb-2020, it has been told that your booking no. is 2nd and one car which has been allocated to dealer has been delivered to other customer. Now, I am surprised to know that dealer informed to me that your vehicle will delivered in the month of May/June based on allocation and there is no confirmed date.
                    Dealer keeps on changing the delivery date without any confirmation and still i am not confirmed when i will get the Vehicle.
                    Dealer is delivering my vehicle to somebody else every time and ditching me. It is requested to take strong action for the same and do the needful so that vehicle may be delivered to me at the earliest.

                    I have been associated with Hyundai for the last 12 years and very fond of your cars. Unfortunately, this time I am very disappointed with your services in Gurgoan. I booked # New CRETA in November 2020 and it was promised that I will get my car within 3 to 4 months. Unfortunately, to date, I haven’t heard any update from the dealer. Hyundai is known for its customer services and it is one of the best car companies in India. I never expected this type of behavior / Service from Hyundai in India. If brands like Hyundai will do this type of behavior where people will go. Please do needful. I have high expectations from Hyundai also I am phasing a lot of problem for day to day activities as I don’t have any car right now.

                      I have Booked a CRETA E model at Shivanshu Motors LLP, Wings Complex, Makarpura, Vadodara on 30.12.2020 in the name of JASWANT KUMAR. However, due to long waiting period on the said Model and no response from the dealer regarding expected delivery, i have cancelled the said booking on 07.02.2021.
                      But till date i gave not received my refund amount from the dealer even after continuous follow-ups

                        I bought a CRETA 1.6 CRDI AUTO SX from Berk Auto LLP, Panchkula in 2018 having Registration No:- HR06AR8786, Engine No:D4FBJM678803 Chassis No: MALC381UMJM476163 . I am from Panipat and therefore i prefer for servicing M/s Sawan K Motors Pvt.Ltd, Panipat. I got problem in engine in-spite of continue servicing as per schedule. Of your manual . After running approx 96700 KM vehicle engine got problem and it is getting jerks and stopped suddenly. It is happening frequently, even i can't drive 200 km continuous .Every time my vehicle went for servicing but the service center crew is not able to trace out the problem . Once they ask to down engine and we agreed after re-assembling of the engine my problem could not be solved.

                        I am not satisfied with your servicing and getting frushteted. Every time your service center only assure me but could not able to solve the problem. Such frequent servicing i am getting disturbed and losing lots from my day to day business.

                        It is my humble request to your company either replace the Engine or vehicle or take return back the vehicle. In case there is no way to resolve the problem or you are not able to take satisfactory action from your end, i will be compelled to go for legal.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I have bought a Hyundai Verna (VIN: MALC841CLHM024436) from M/s Kamal Hyundai Kota on 22.01.2018 ref: invoice no 947. To my extreme surprise and disappointment, yesterday, when I had to replace one of my tyres with stepney, I was informed by the mechanic that it is not possible to replace the tyre since the tyre and the rim of the stepney is of smaller size. To confirm this, when I checked myself physically, I was shocked to find that the stepney tyre size was 185/65R15 (CEAT Make) whereas all the other tyres were of size 195/55R16 (HanKOOK make). Moreover the stepney Rim was of steel, whereas all other rims were of alloy.
                          This is a sheer case of cheating by Hyundai, which is supposed to be having high regards in terms of ethics and values. This type of activity which seems to be for the purpose of saving some minor cost, puts the customer in high risk and inconvenience when he has to run the car with uneven tyres.
                          I am totally disappointed and pained to learn about this fraud by your company and strongly demand an explanation on urgent basis. If required, the vehicle can be inspected by your team at a mutually convenient date and place.
                          I am sure that your senior management will take this very seriously and do the needful accordingly.

                              Sir, I had given my accidental car I-10 in Himgiri hyundai on 18-02-21. The car is lying there idle as it is. The service advisor Mr Ravi and bodyshop manager Mr Vimal has stated non availibilty of spares. If Himgiri Hyundai does not have spare parts then why they are taking cars for repair. Does it mean that Hyundai MIL is notT able to provide spares to channel partners. My whole work is jeopardised . Everyday I have to spend 1500 to 2000 for local conveynce even than my work is left unfinished. My wife has fractured leg and has limited mobility. Due to non repair of my car she is also suffering. Himgiri hyundai must compensate me for my daily woes and financial loss. They should provide alternative vehicle and repair my car asap.

                                I am acustomer who has booked i20 Asta(o) with giving an amount of Rs.21, 000/-. When found in your website it shows ex-showroom price is Rs.9, 19, 000/- and when calculated its on-road price is found Rs.9, 71, 408/-.Mr. Bhaskar working as sales executive in LMS HYUNDAI, Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar islands is telling me its price is Rs.9, 89, 000/-. Now tell how its so much differences of Rs.17, 592/- between in your company rate and his rate? Moreover, he doesn't respond whenever is called.
                                Waiting for your reply. Treat as most urgent. I am in state to take legal action against the company/Mr. Bhaskar.

                                    I had serviced my I20 Active from Kamal Automart PVT LTD, Kota (Authorized service center of Hyundai)
                                    The servicing done was very poor that on the very next day I had to replace all the spark plugs that too on chargeable basis.
                                    Also, Navigation SD card found missing after the service. Service center is denying responsibility and asking to purchase new one.

                                    The case of mental harassment of customer.

                                      ECM replacement cost 58K

                                      Hi All,

                                      My car grand i10 has been taken for 3rd free service by service person from my home without any issues on Jan 18th 2021. Still I dint get my car back and not sure about my car status and where it is.

                                      Initially on 19th they said rat bite happened and complete wire should be replaced. Again after 2 days, one more issue, ECM gone and need to be replaced cost 58K +labour .

                                      And no responsible...

                                      Mine is a 2017 model i20 elite diesel and it has done around 55600kms. The car is originally under MGF Hyundai dealership, but it has still got warranty which is extended for 5 years. The second last service which I’ve done 5 months back at MGF Hyundai aleppy costed only around ₹10000 and I’ve still got the invoice. My recent service costed around ₹20, 000. I’ll give a summary.
                                      Total cost of the parts - 5827.43
                                      Parts GST - 6962.91
                                      Labour charge - 12947.19
                                      Grand total - 19910

                                      The car is not even in Premium segment. It’s a normal 1.4 CRDI engine. How will it cost this much? I was really shocked!
                                      After talking with the manager, I done the payment because I wanted the car by evening and I clearly made a decision in my mind that I won’t be dealing with that branch ever again. It’s better doing an enquire. I’m satisfied with Hundai, but not with Popular Hyundai Kodimatha dealer.
