It's quite unfortunate to inform you about the dent noticed in the bonnet of a new hyundai sx turbo (Dutch blue) vehicle delivered through your dealer pothens hyundai - kollam dist - kerala state on 21st august 2019. The matter has been brought to the attention of store manager as well as the rm. After 2 days of holding the vehicle, now the showroom guys r saying they cannot help it. Being a loyal standing customer of hyundai it is a sorry feeling. Need a resolution for this, else ian planning to approach all possible forums.
