Requirement of duplicate invoice

Santro car purchased in 2004

I had purchased a santro car from your showroom, the engine number and the chasis number are given below. Since i have got my vehicle transferred from lucknow to mumbai. The mumbai rto office has desired to submit the copy of invoice showing the cost of vehicle. Since i have misplaced the original invoice the process of transfer has been halted. I therefore request you to provide me a duplicate copy of the invoice so that the requirement of rto mumbai is completed.

We have given our car i20 for 2nd service...but the workshop have given our car with a dent...is this we were here? Second they took so long for service..they told for 4 hours but took 6 hours ..even after that car was not clean...please resolve this ...highly disappointed with the services..this was my first experience and wasnt good at all!!...
