My hyundai i10 car purchased 3yr 10 months before. Car registered number wb02af9778 in the name of soumen debgupta. Now 1 yr before cathletic converter became broken, dealer asked me for change and i changed that parts. But again this parts has broken without any touch of outsider particles. I took my car to bengal hyundai kamarhati work shop, they called hyundai parts asm mr. Mousun sur and declared this is manufacturing defect and we will replace it with 50% discount. But it became 75 days over dealer can't deliver the parts. Now they r telling pan india parts is not available, so we have to bring it from korea.
If it is grand i10 then we will supply fast
So my concern is:-
1. My car is breakdown for 75 days
2. Dealer is telling hyundai is not supporting.
3. Dealer is telling they have no idea about the availability
4. Dealer don't have place to park my car at their garage and requested me to park at my place. When ever parts will available they will inform
5. Despite of a successful car i10, if parts availability is so poor, should i send my car to dustbin... Pls suggest

      My vehicle i20 elite was 15 days in service station kc hyundai. I have spend 56thousand. But i am satisfied on that. They have changed compressor and fusebox for correcting ac. But ac works only two hours. They have costed 40thousands on that but still ac is not working. Sir what was the fun to change these things. Only to collect money from customers.
      Sir it was my bad lack that i have selected the vehicle of hyundai.
      Plz send my money back and take your parts.
      One of the worst service center. Neither comparative nor corrective.

        I met with an accident (Grand i10) on 25.8.2018 and via towing, i reached the service centre i. E. Bhakra hyundai, nangal. As the car was insured fully by oriental, i submitted the documents i. E tow bill, insurance copy, photos of accident scene, my personal id docs. To the bhakra hyundai, on 26.8.2018. As insurance surveyor inspected the damage and the parts on 27.3.2018. On 3.9.2018, bhakra hyundai's official called me and said that the armature is damaged also which was not, during insurance surveyor's visit, i requested the surveyor to again survey the vehicle, even i know that, the armature was not damaged during accident as even air bags had not activated due to small impact, however surveyor on my frequent requests surveyed again, so that was a clear negligence of hyundai ' service personnel during repair. Now after 19 days of my daily follow ups, the service official said that the car was ready 4 days before and the bill invoice is what they are preparing for 4 days to be given to insurance for disposal of funds to them, they still are not giving the car to us, i have told them about many issues still pertaining in car as i visits the workshop daily. One more thing i travel 100 kms daily for work on my car, and now for one month i have totally been helpless but to use public transport or rent a taxi, i was not given a backup vehicle as requested by me to service centre. Till date the car is not given by them to me, as they say, fund clearance is pending, and i am having a literally tough time, their service staff is negligent and non cooperative and don't takes any step without follow ups and refuse to do further problem rectification in my car and also not giving car to me on my requests. I want a quick disposal of my car to me with my pending things rectified, and want a action on these negligent service providers, otherwise i will move to consumer forum, as i have no other option after this much mental and monetary loss to me due to the bhakra hyundai. Please see into this. I am attaching accident photos and insurance photos with this mail.

          I am writing this complaint about a very depressing experience that i had with popular hyundai, trivandrum on friday, 14 sep 2018.

          I bought a brand new creta automatic after paying around 17, 00, 000 and this morning i went to see my vehicle as advised by the dealer popular hyundai, kazhakuttam showroom, trivandrum.

          My new car, which i was supposed to take delivery tomorrow was completely laden with acer computer machines and other stusffs ; almost some 50 of them.

          My car was brought from kochi since they did not have any silver colour here and in that pretext they have loaded lots of cargo onto the seats and also onto the boot of my car.

          I am writing this to you to show my plight after paying full amount for the car and also waiting for almost 2 months after payment (For want of colour).

          I will also take this experience to the social media so that the citizens / consumers this country know how hyundai cares for its customers after getting full payment.

          I will need compensation for this act from your side; or else i will be taking this to the legal route and also through the media.

            Hi,
            This is for the 2nd time (14/Sep) my Hyundai i20 Asta (o) battery is going dead after 4 days of no use. I had earlier (2/Sep) faced this issue. I used road side assistance to jump back the car. Hyundai Garve (address below) performed a basic check the next day (3/Sep) in which they came out with a rough checks wherein they claimed no issue in the battery and they will not replace the battery. I told them that since the car is push button start only it will be difficult and dangerous for me to use the car like this. But they did not listen. They told me to keep the car for check that I readily did from 3/Sep - 7/Sep.

            I used the car on 9/Sep. After which I thought to keep it in no use condition. Now the issue has surfaced again today 14/Sep - in just 4 days time. I have taken a video of the issue. Car just goes dead. I am unable to unlock it. When manually I try to go in using the physical key, the system does not come alive. this is terrifying.

            I would urge the Hyundai management to look into the issue and take necessary action. The car battery must be replaced asap since I am unable to use my car due to this occasional issue and as it is under warranty.

              For sales manager... Misbehaviour... I was going to buy hyundai creta. He says u must be compulsary brought accesory of 25000 rupees. Another way you can go for another company vehicle. I said i don't like these accesories because of vehicle no need these accesory.

              Like music system... But he says no and says you may go now for another vehicle.

                Yesterday I had to pick up and drop service to change the front glass.But diesel was removed from the fuel tank of our vehicle.Our car number isBR01BU8374.I complained today Made from General Manager ofAshani Hyundai.But he did not give any satisfactory answer.Later Mr. Manoj Kumar called a service center.And he denied the stolen by the service center.The driver sent by the service center accepted the irregularity.What he talked about on mobile to me .So Please be pleased to give a satisfying answer to our complain.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I have under gone yearly service of my Hyundai I20. But unfortunately, all the four tyres have eroded. Odometer shows that it only runs 11000km(approx). On the advice of service personnel, I have changed all the four tyres and have replaced front end and did the wheel alignment and balancing. But in spite of regular maintenance, it is now observed that, there is a problem in EPS(electric power steering). . Please do address in spite of having regular maintenance and expended a lot, why these problems arises.I have a strong feeling that service personnel is not addressing the issues sincerely. You are earnestly requested to kindly adhere to my problems at the earliest.

                        My self jaykant tiwari, i want to complaint against service staff and management that my car is hyundai xcent petrol (Sx) whose car number is up 33 aq 3819 year 2016.in which the voltage is going to be fully drain within 2 days. So i checked it in lucknow service center &raebareli service center as well but after no buddy diagnosed actual problem yet.in the lucknow service staff insist about the problem in the battery. 15 days after standing the car, they told the battery ok problem is somewhere else. I am very disappointed with service staff. So that my money & my time is both wasted my all work stopped. Due this kind of rediculous and i will not advise anyone to engage with hyundai. That i am very much disappointed from the service service staff lucknow and rae bareli. Please resolve my problem so that i wish for a good future.

                          I consider myself to be a proud owner of hyundai verna sx purchased in yr 2013.
                          Since last 5 yrs the periodical maintenance (Pm) of the car has been carried out at authorised hyundai workshops only.
                          Recently the pm of my car was carried out at sant hyundai, dharamshala. Immediately after that i noticed extra noise in the engine during idling. The same was intimated to the workshop. On re - inspection of the car the technician at the workshop informed that this nose was due to 'crack in air filter assembly' as it was fixed with the help of 'fevi quick' which has got removed.
                          This came as a rude shock to me, as never ever had my car been opened at any workshop other than authorised hyundai workshop. The above incident has badly dented my faith in your company. The very ' ethos and working ethics ' for which your company is recognised suddenly seem to be diminishing. I feel cheated on this account.
                          May i request you to get the above incident thoroughly invetigated and such fraudlent may be dealt as deemed fit. Further, the replacement of air filter assembly be carried out free of cost at my dependent workshop ie: sant hyundai, dharamshala
                          Expecting an early response please.
                          My car having serious issue of steering lock while driving.I already reported this issue to Hyundai but not getting any response from them.
                          I had accident due to this issue only when I was travelling with my family .We all were safe due to GOD grace only.
                          I am requesting them to change but no one is listing even for test run.

                            But there people dont have respect for the customers. I was not even asked for a glass of water or cold drink in such humid conditions. I had sent there for the enquiry of the purchase of the product xcent but i was not given due respect and not even attended properly. Is this the hell you people provide services to the customer. After that you didn't attended me properly. I want to exchange my old vehicle but that people refused me for that also. As you people are very ill-mannered to provide services to the customer. Really shame on you people for showing such type of behaviour towards me and disrespecting me. Even someone goes to someone's house that fellow is treated as god but you people treat a customer as a dog why because you are not provided manners to give respect to the customers. Really shame on you people. It's better for you people to shut dowm the showroom and sit home.

                            This is to bring to your kind attention that i went to libra hyundai naraina for the enquiry of xcent in lieu of exchanhe of my old vehicle on 24th june.

                              This is to inform u that i have recently purchased a new creta petrol and my first service was due so i went to concepts hyundai okhla... There the staff cheated me by tell that coating is mandatory for new car.. Whereas i was later told that we are given u vouchers for five year and they extract inr 5500 from me.. I have used hyundai i20 earlier by have no complaint from hans hyundai but this time i'm really annoyed.. I'm from media industry and if my money is not returned immdietely i will take this case up in social media and legally for cheating me against hyundai motors and koncept hyundai okhla... If my issue is not resolved within 48 hrs.. I will take this case to higher management in hyundai and post it in all the social media campaign about bad staff and service of hyundai

                                I purchased creata 1.6 crdi auto s+ from eutopia hyundai, near pacific mall, rajpur road, dehradun.Uk-248001 on 6/9/17. The dealer added tcs rs. 12, 895/- in my bill but did not deposited the same in bank for which i had to get a refund, but unfortunately after repeated calls to senior person mr. Sanjay dang they are not depositing the amount. Its been four months i have been calling them to deposit the amount but i was given false promises every time. Now i have to file my income tax return for the period 17-18. I want a refund of the tcs amount but the dealer is not responding positively. Bill no is n3260h[protected] dated 06/09/2017 in the name of m/s singh sales corporation.So please look into this matter at your earliest so that i get my refund of tcs.

                                  I brought new car i20 Active SX petrol in december 2017, at Kun united Hyundai Kondapur, Hyderabad. For this I took car loan from SBI thru Kun Ununited Hyundai.

                                  And For each EMI they are deducting200 rupees more than what we discussed and committed. and there is no communication on this.

                                  Till now they have not provided loan/finance documents. I don't have information about my loan like EMI amount, loan closer etc.
                                  And sometimes I am receiving SMS saying that irregular payments.

                                  even they are not sending any email statements. I see some uncertainties. even the bank also not sending any emails/documents.

                                  several times I requested KunUnunited Hyundai to provide documents for my loan. they are not responding properly. every time they are redirecting each other in a loop.

                                  please take immediate action. I need all my loan documents.

                                    I akashdeep singh, met with an accident near gwalior at 2300 h on 08 sep 18. After the accident my car toppled 90 degrees with driver side down. As i was trying to escape out of the vehicle i found both front and rear doors were locked. I tried for few minutes before some people from outside opened them. This was the major hazard because there was smoke inside the car and it was very suffocating also it could have been hit by any other moving vehicle.
                                    I was billed for AC filter in 3rd AMC service during April'18. When I sent my car for 4th service during Sept'18 I got to know that AC filter is not there in car & I will have to pay for new filter.
                                    Hyundai Miraroad service centre bulled me for filter during 3rd AMC service but never installed it.
                                    This is real fraud by service centre.
