Hyundai Motor India — ECM replacement cost 58K

Hi All,

My car grand i10 has been taken for 3rd free service by service person from my home without any issues on Jan 18th 2021. Still I dint get my car back and not sure about my car status and where it is.

Initially on 19th they said rat bite happened and complete wire should be replaced. Again after 2 days, one more issue, ECM gone and need to be replaced cost 58K +labour .

And no responsible answer even after escalating to service manager. And only one Manager respond to my call and only once got mail after 20-25 days( which is not clear, mentioning we need to pay 61k+for replacing ECM)
Now last week I asked to give my car back. But they raised one more issue again, saying malfunctioning happening in indicator and for replacing it, it cost 5K.
I so frustrated and tried. Service peoples are behaving like statue, if anything asked.

Now I have escalated to Hyundai Regional Manager and General Manager to get the proper answer for my questions.

It almost 45 days over and still suffer to get the issue resolved and to get a proper report of the issue officially.

Please let me know the cost of ECM for Grand i10 car (only 6K kilometers driven).
Whether wire short with cause problem to ECM( ECM completely repaired itseems)
Do anyother issues occur due to ECM like indicator malfunctioning.

Please help me.
