I have registered my vehicle bearing registration number AN01Q7090 in the month of December 30.And has given all the details to the Hyundai sales executive Mr.vilvanathan from FPL Hyundai ambattur chennai .
He is been so lazy and giving me false committments about the Issuing of number plate, he is being rejecting my calls due to this issue I can't drive my car please take necessary actions against FPL Hyundai and solve the problem being faced.

    I m writing here about very poor and lazy response from Mr.vilvanathan from FPL Hyundai ambattur chennai..I have got 2 Hyundai Creta on November and December 2020 respectively but he is not responding my calls at all.and I have not received my number plate yet, my Registration number is AN01Q7090 .it's been 2 months I can't drive my car ..
    Please solve my issue and take necessarily actions against mr.vilvanathan .kindly issue my number plate at the earliest.

      We have booked a car Aura from Berkeley India, Zirakpur showroom. The sales person there have cheated with us and given false commitment. Even after their fault, they are very arrogant and they have deducted amount when asked for refund of our booking amount. I need my full money back without any deduction and a sorry letter from the salespersons.i can be contacted at [protected].

        Respected Sir/Madam,
        First I would like to tell you that I have been fan of the "Hyundai" company when it launched the car "Creta". In fact Creta is my dream car. I was missing this car for many years as I was not having enough budget to by my dream car. By the time I was able to manage the budget the market was having second gen Creta and it was very happy moment for me that I m going to buy new creta. it was always sujested to by a car from nearby showroom. I went nearby Hyundai showroom that is "Hemkund Hyundai B-99, Wazirpur Industrial Area Rd, Pocket C 3, Phase 2, Ashok Vihar, New Delhi, Delhi 110052". There I was told about the waiting time is 3 to 4 months for Creta, I agreed about that waiting period and finally I booked my dream car "Creta SX(O) IVT lava Orange" by giving Rs. 21000/- on 28th August 2020. I have attached the booking slip with this email. I can't express my happiness as I was feeling at that time of booking the car. "Hashim" was assigned to me for follow-up of my car status. On monthly basis I used to call Hashim ji about to know my car status. Every time Hashim was telling that I have booked your car but from company side he is not getting any confirmation about the delivery of car. When it was about to pass four months I was in doubt whether my car is booked or not. Subsequently I called to hyundai customer care, there I enquired about my car status. Customer care representative asked my name and phone number and he told that no car has been booked with this name or phone number. The same I inquired with Hashim, he told that he booked my car with my name and mobile number only. Then I came to know something is happened wrong with me. I again told to Hashim that I didn't find any car booking with my name or phone number as I enquired from hyundai customer service. Then I asked Hashim to give me any booking reference number through which I can know the car status from the customer care but he denied to share any thing regarding that. After presuriging he gave execuse that booking reference resides in the computer and it is impossible to take from there. And till date I don't know whether I am going to get my car. Even I don't know whether my car has been booked or not

          I priya borkar purchased a Santro on 23 feb 2020 ..from ci hundai hoshangabad road bhopal mp india.

          But till date not provide me my registration card .

          i am calling staff numerous times and also visited showroom, but no one is helping me to get My new registration number card

          8 month have passed nothing is happening and no one is bothered to look into this matter.

          Mr.balram is intentionally annoying me and intentionally not prividing me My registraion card with proper name priya Borkar.

          kindly look into the matter.

            As per caption subject on10-Oct-2019 i have purchased a Motor Vehicle I-20 Elite Sports Dual TonModel -2019 from your dealership M/S Paradise Autocrop Pvt Ltd (ShivamHyundai Ajmer).Presently i have residing since May-2019 at TownRawlamandi, Sriganganagar Rajasthan. The Atmosphere at that place in summer isvery HOT in summer season near about 50 Plus temperature. In March -2020 I wasrun my Car approximately 120 KM and locked my car with closed all mywindows at that time temperature of inside my car is low due to cooling andoutside is very Hot for that reason due to proper air ventilation not in my Car its Front Windshield Glass was cracked on 10-March-2020.on thatday cracked not the effect on visibility on run a Car.
            Where I am residing at Rawlamandi, near area & district Sriganganagar, there is many examples of this type ofdamaged in all type of Cars and the insurance company pass their claim and onmy side this claim rejected by insurance which hold office in your premises.
            That Time I thought when I arrivedin Ajmer in my Home district I have taken Insurance claim from My insurancecompany with the help of Employee of M/S Paradise Autocrop PvtLtd because i have renew my insurance policy after called by ShivamHyundai insurance adviser with trust of Brand "Hyundai".
            I was reached the M/S Paradise Autocrop Pvt Ltd (Shivam Hyundai Ajmer) on[protected] in afternoon to claim my damaged Car Windshield Glass and Back leftside Indicator replacement and i spoke to the adviser true caused of damaged ofmy Car.
            and they are advised mefor write cause of damaged on writing with claim form.
            I have written the application withdamaged of two cause one which is physically by bike and other one due tonature (Due to problem of Air ventilation not in CAR ) and then insurancecompany reject my application after 6 days of my CAR hold by Shivam Hyundai. Iam regularly talk every day about the same to Higher official of insurancecompany and Shivam Hyundai and their Controlling office but no one bother aboutthe same and insurance company said in telephonically this damaged due toManufacturing fault we not covered in insurance claim and Hyundai controllingofficial said this is not manufacturing mistake and both official no bother abouttheir Customer Problem.
            In all Scenario i have observed thatHyundai dealer only make their profit by selling insurance product withhelp of Brand "Hyundai" they not bother about their Car purchaserCustomer and service. Once the Customerpurchased their vehicle they not bother their future problem regarding their CAR.They do not think about HYUNDAI brand they only make our Company profit.
            Hyundai allow them to provide placeto insurance company with the aim of Customer Service at their HyundaiShow room but dealers use this only earn maximum profit from insurance company, they do not think about Customer Service.
            My car hold Shivam Hyundai for 6 day but all team of Hyundai not resolved my issues for that reason my many personal work obstruct.
            I am very disappointed and harassed by your Hyundai team member at Shivam Hyundai Ajmer(M/S Paradise Autocrop Pvt.Ltd.) for not provide better service and and proper guide dance at the time of claim myCar damaged.

            At last again I like to informed thatmy CAR I-20 Sports dual ton having vehicle no:-RJ36CA8235, front Wind shieldglass was damaged due to not proper ventilation.
            Kindly take up this matter onpriority.
            I have enclosed image of my car on 10 th March-2020.

              We are send out sonata s20 car service to your authorized service center M/Chandra Hyundai Coimbatore last three months back. We know from your service adviser our car brake booster had worn-out and also the engine sound was up normal. The parts are not available in our place. If you want you need to pay advance for the parts. We ready to pay and we need to sent the Performa for the parts. From till date your service people not send the Performa invoice and also no response form their side. We are make call several time to your adviser, please consider our complaints and need your help our car. Till now the car was not able to drive.

                Dear Sir, I have two Hyundai cars (Creta SX-O of August 2016) and Grand i10 Sportz of 2018 June). Since beginning Creta had AC cooling complaints and with every service and in between I have complained of it many times to your Dealer cum Service Centre SS Hyndai, Pathanamthitta. In the beginning they had replaced the Cooling Coil that was found to be damaged during assembly of the unit being a manufacturing defect. However, this didn't solve the problem. In the last (4th paid service) again they have changed some parts but that also has not solved the complaint. In long trips after 5-60 KMs complete cooling is stopped and after about half an hour when reopened will work for some time and then stops. Kindly redress this long-pending grievance. I have extended warranty valid.

                    Respected sir/madam
                    i made an wrong decision by booking an hyundai creta and wrong decision of booking that too in golden hyundai, salem.
                    Since from booking they cheated me
                    since i bought the creta in 2019 i am facing continous problems in the vehicle
                    first there is an steering column problem, it got replaced by hyundai.
                    Then on every service i am doing in the service centre only.In every service i complained of vibrations in the brake pedal when the brake is applied. For this issue service centre said they had skimmed the brake disc in the lathe, but again and again i faced the same problem.
                    In my last service which is done in 33000kms i complained of same brake pedal complaint and pick up drop in my car.For this issue they said the diesel filter has to be changed, i asked them to change, but they haven't changed due to lack of spare.They said they cleaned the filter so that there will be no issue.
                    I want my car full pdi inspection report.
                    Now my car got breakdown and it is in hmp ekkaduthangal showroom, they are saying that clutch had to be replaced completely.
                    I don't no how could this happened there is no burning smell in my vehicle.
                    I heard that the creta is having this clutch issue default and the hyundai has changed the clutch by their side for many customers who are complaining.My car has only run 40000kms.Since i bought the car i am facing heavy problems with the car and there is no peace of my mind.
                    My friend who had creta also had same breakdown complaint in 40000kms, the overall clutch replacement is done free of cost for him in trident hyundai, bangalore.
                    In hmp they are blaming on our driving and asking us to pay.
                    I lost hope in hyundai trust and reliability.
                    Hyundai is cheating their loyal premium customers.
                    I am having my mahindra xylo which had run 77000kms without clutch plate changed that to also driven by me only.
                    I need an proper response from hyundai and proper solution from hyundai.
                    I think hyundai and hyundai dealer had sold an faulty batch car to me.
                    If my issue is not sorted out, i am going to file an consumer complaint that hyundai has sold an faulty and filthy product to the customer.

                          Hi,

                          Gave my Hyundai Verna car BR01BZ4859 in Capital Hyundai Sevice Centre on 3rd February, 2021 for repair under Insurance claim... But to my surprise that after even 20 days, I.e., on 20th February, they have not been able to arrange parts of car... They claimed that parts come from Chennai but including that excuse also, it doesn't convince me that it will still take so much time and that for a reputed company like Hyundai... People, go for Hyunadai or Maruti cars, so that, services will be easier... But, it's not like that... Even, they behave in the same manner and that too in City near to Delhi where all facilities are there... I urge company management to look into it seriously... This is my second car from Hyundai but now, going forward, I will have to really think about it... It's not about one customer but word of mouth praise or complaints that matter... I hope to get fast solutions in this...

                              I had booked new Hyundai I 20 Asta O model white colour car at pre launching on 3rd October 2020 with your dealer CI Hyundai Koh e Fiza Bhopal and paid RS 21000/ as pre booking amount. At the time of booking dealer assures that car will be delivered at the time of launching. As car was launched on 5th of November 2020, I had inquired about the delivery of car and your dealer responded that white colour is not available and insisted me for red colour which I had denied. They assures that white colour will be available in few days and the same white I 20 will be delivered by Dhanteras[protected].
                              But no response from the dealer had come. On inquiring they informed car is on its way and will be delivered within 5- 7 days. But even after 15 days no response from your dealer had came. Then I called them that they will deliver the car in the first week of December and I agreed to received it on 9th December as it is the Birthday of daughter. Than again no response from your dealer had came and on inquiring from my side they replied that there is non supply of Asta O model car.
                              I further asked them for the tentative date for delivery and they said 10 to 15 Days.
                              Same carelessness from your dealer side runs on in December and January and on 27th January 2021 when I called your dealer (Mrs Pooja, employee of CI Hyundai) she said she had no idea about the car delivery. She is the sales representative looking my case and she never ever calls me about the status of my car. Every time I had called her to know the status of car
                              On 27th January 2021 I spoked to your GM (CI Hyundai) Mr Atul Singh for cancellation of my booking and he requested me for non cancellation and after searching the status of my order he assured me that on 14th February 2021 he will provide the delivery of car. I further said to himthat car will be made available and his words were that this is GENTLEMAN'S PROMISE.

                              As 14th February was my marriage anniversary and we had a plan of weekend we reached the show room for delivery of car but they informed that car is not available.
                              When we talk to your GM Mr Atul Singh he replied that I am not responsible for the delivery of car and when we said that you assured me for delivery of car on 14th February 2021 he replied that " bol Diya to Kya hua" ( What happened I made false commitment)
                              Further from the date of booking till now no response from your dealer had came about the status of car delivery.
                              A call from your customer service has came to me on 3rd February 2021 who said that car is delivered to me on[protected], which shows that my ordered car was delivered to some other person
                              In such scinerio we deeply regret and does not want any more car from your dealer and asked you to return my pre booking amount along with interest as the service of your dealer CI Hyundai is worst of worst

                                The executive categorically denied that the car would have to be registered from our showroom.

                                Extended & Warranty will have to be taken from the showroom.

                                The executive said, the car is in waiting.

                                  I buyed a used santro le standard 2000 model chasis number printed on vehicle is MALAA51GRYM131389 But on RC it is printed as MALAA51GRYM13189. Now when the vehicle go to renewal the mvi saying they do not renew because chasis number is not talling . They are asking original papers where can I get after 20years . May be I am a fourth woner. On chasis there are 17 digits but on rc 16 digits entered and they missed one digit plz help me and solve my problem

                                    Sir, I Purchased Grand I10 in Jul 2018. Last 2 months my tyres were continues noise. I was approached to near my showroom they checked and said out of 5 only 2 tyres will be change, your tyre noise will be clear but you have to pay 50 percent of the cost for using . I agreed and amount of Rs.4480/- DD given to show room. After 12 days, replaced with new two tyres. Delivery time, mechanic said sir you need to replace the leftover tyres as early as possible. I left only 4 months of warranty period, I think they're avoiding free service.
                                    But, till date tyre noise not cleared. Please intervene this with my Guntur, Andhra Pradesh showroom. Otherwise, my Last option is consumer court.

                                        We have booked aura s cng variant silver color with your dealer pahwa Hyundai Karol bagh Delhi branch on 15/01/2021 with cheque for RS.11000/- and also given balance exshowroom cheque for RS.723000/- on 18/01/2021.
                                        Cheques and delivery date copy attached

                                        We were 100% surely confirm by the dealer that they will deliver the car on 5th Feb 2021, but when we visit the showroom they refused to deliver the car as they didn't get it.
                                        I have my marriage anniversary on 6th Feb and two other functions on 7th Feb and 8th Feb for which I have booked the car but now this dealer refused to give.
                                        The dealer misguided me and take full payment in advance by assurance that they will deliver on 5th Feb and now refused to give.
                                        I request the senior authorities to please take a strong action against this dealer because they spoiled my all functions by not delivered my vehicle on confirm delivery date.
                                        Invoice raised on 8th Feb 2021, but delivered on 14th Feb 2021.
                                        At the time of booking cash discount was given RS.3000/- but at the time of delivery discount decrease to rs1500/- by this cheater dealer
                                        Please give us extra benefits on this car as we don't receive this car on time and my all functions were spoiled by the dealer pahwa Hyundai.
