Gave my Hyundai Verna car BR01BZ4859 in Capital Hyundai Sevice Centre on 3rd February, 2021 for repair under Insurance claim... But to my surprise that after even 20 days, I.e., on 20th February, they have not been able to arrange parts of car... They claimed that parts come from Chennai but including that excuse also, it doesn't convince me that it will still take so much time and that for a reputed company like Hyundai......

This is really high time but my santro car problem not resolve I seriously need replacement of car i cant tolerate anymore...

Hyundai has official sales and service dealer 'Ritu Hyundai' located Near to Kalyand and Dombivali. With thousands of car already sold by this dealer in the past.
Suddenly this dealer has closed all the service points in Kalyan and Dombivali. With this there is no service support to Hyundai customers.

Customers are forced to go to Thane or New Mumbai for servicing which is not practicapl.
Can HYundai do something...
