Hyundai Motor India — eon car | |||
I am a very old customer of Hyundai but now I think I have chosen a wrong car. I am frustrated with the service of Hyundai. I purchased a hyundai eon in Oct 16. Today when I was going for my important work the car was not started view battery was fully dead, even not able to open it with remote. I have registered same complaint on 31 Mar also. This is happened for the 2nd time. I don't know what is the problem. Earlier this issue was resolved by Samara Hyundai for the same issue. Although the issue was resolved but I was not happy with the service, because I have been briefed by samara executive and they told me that the problem is not with battery or anything and they convinced me, that your running of a car is very less. That's why this problem is happening. Sir I am working in Ministry of defence and I don't have that much time to resolve all these issues. Please do the needful at the earliest.
