Dear Sir/Madam,
i am continuosely facing EPS Error in my Eon Car purchased in Dec "19, 1st ptime problem comes in Feb 17, til then i have never missed any scheduled sevice which was done at yours authorized service center only, now agin the problem has came, which is again corrected at yours autorized service center only.
i don't understand how can you charge from me as it must be due to some technical issues already exist in my car, .
1st EPS error comes @ 20.02.17 after 9242 KM, & the second time it again comes on @ 04.06.17 after 9320 KM.
The bill amount i ahve paid 8179/-+ 7790/-= Rs.15, 969/-.
I want to request you to plz reverse the above amount to me, or you may provide some alternate solution also.
