Hyundai Motor India — excess amount taken by dealer raja hyundai sirsa haryana

I bought i20 asta crdi on dec. 26th 2018 and made payment through cheque. Dealer has collected excess amount from me on account of insurance, rc, vehicle price and less amount invoice handed over me. It is also intimate that no rc and rsa provided me till date i. E. 18.01.2019. Kindly take up the matter and resolve my issues..
