Hyundai Motor India — Excess payment on repair of accidental car i10 | |||
Last year on 10.07.2015 my accidental car was send to DPM hyundai Dehradun Service center for repair...my car was insured so the surveyor came and gave the estimate according to damage details given my company mechanical engineer..after few days again a surveyor was called by company and engineer told that damage is bigger from estimated and amount will be higher...we had a discussion a lot of time meanwhile with company..few parts which was not damaged, surveyor asked them not to repair and use it but company changed all the part without anybody concern and now is demanding 1.30 lac approx and a parking fee of rs 150/- per day.. let me put in notice one more thing..IT IS ALMOST AFTER 9-10 MONTHS THEY REPAIRED VEHICLE I.E FEBRUARY IT TOOK SO LONG FOR THEM TO SETTLE THINGS AND NOW THEY ARE ASKING FOR SUCH EXCESS CHARGES WE HAVE VISITED REGULARLY FOR OUR CAR...EVEN FILED RTI AFTER THERE EXCESS DEMAND ..INSURANCE COMPANY SAYS ITS NOT THERE FAULT AND IS DEALER FAULT..PLEASE HELP US AT THE EARLIEST...
