Hello hyundai motors,
I am very disappointed with one of your centre named as kasliwal hyundai running in indore (Madhya pradhesh). Two months back, i met with an accident and got seriously injured. My relatives called kasliwal hyundai to pick my damaged car from the place where accident happened. It was only 130 km from kasliwal hyundai's showroom for which kasliwal hyundai charged me around 8000 rs. This is really a loot with the consumer.
After that, as my vehicle was totally damaged, insurance company asked me to contact kasliwal hyundai to provide the repairing estimate and kasliwal hyundai charged 7500 for providing the estimate of my vehicle which was already in total loss condition.
I believe that i am unfairly charged by kasliwal hyundai and therefore i request you to please look into this matter. I am from a middle class family and bought that car in 3 lac 70 thousand only. For a car having this price, i was totally shocked that i have paid around 15 thousand o kaliwal hyundai Was this information helpful? |
