Hyundai Motor India — Fail to deliver the new vehicle on time | |||
We have booked 02 nos hyundai aura s cng cars on 16/06/2021 at hyundai showroom ( navjivan hyundai, adajan, surat) and the delivery they assured within 60 days but we have been getting only reassurance but did not get the delivery of the car yet. The show room personnel are not in position to answer about the correct date for the same. The 60 days was completed on 16/08/2021. From this date they have been assuring us that we will get the car on next month and so on. Now when the next month will come we don't know. We have put the trust and faith on your company and the said showroom personnel but now as the responce we getting we feel that all these was our mistake and like one sided relations. We never think about this kind of situation where we ready to pay but can't get the car after almost double the booking period. We are asking to our politicians who are giving long lectures in upper and lower house of our country and make the legislations as well on consumer rights.
