Hyundai Motor India — False commitment of car delivery! | |||||
Hi, I would like to bring your attraction to an unsatisfactory experience I had with plaza Hyundai based at Badarpur. I got Hyundai kretta booked and Mr. Momin Khan who works there as a manager, promised me to deliver the car within 3 weeks. Now whenever I call them for delivery of car, either they are not picking the call or talking very rudely over the phone. After a number of futile attempts of calling them, Now I want my money back and request you to take action against momin Khan who is making false promises to customers.
