The car i purchased on july 18, 2017 has faulty headlights. The headlights turn fogy/misty and became water in all whether conditions. The fogy appearance of headlights on a brand-new car make the car unappealing and undesirable. The showroom people helped me to replace the headlights, however the problem just came back. The re-occurrence of the problem make me believe that the headlight components used are substandard products. And i strongly believe that over a period of time, the dysfunctional headlights will make the car potentially unsafe to riders. This situation has really hurt my brand feeling towards hyundai, and i am positive that many customers would feel the same way.
Unfortunately, i got an unacceptable response from your customer support (Sro-3 cochin) that this is a common phenomenon for hyundai cars. If this is a common phenomenon, this should be there for all the cars. But i’m not seeing any cars with this issue in my locality. If this is a common phenomenon of hyundai, this was never communicated while purchasing the vehicle. Hence i felt that hyundai had cheated me.
