[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — Faulty music system. WORST | |||||
I bought a new hyundai elite I20 on Nov 2014.From Era model I opted for Magna model for an extra expense of rs60, 000(sixty thousand) just for this music system and now that its 2yrs and 2 months old, my Music system has stopped working.They are charging 22000(twenty two thousand)and I have to bear around 9000 for no fault of mine. For this 9000 I can even get a better head unit from the market I suppose and of what quality its is if it cant even last for minimum 5 years(as u use it only while in car). What irritates me the most is the worst showroom experience, no response at all. This hell of experience started right from the day one I booked my car. Worst part is they themselves have signed in the RC book in place of owner signature at the time of registration which irritates me even today. Following them for last 3 days but no response . Its ARASU HYUNDAI in TRICHY . Will never buy a hyundai car hereafter. Worst. Atleast with this showroom. Showroom quality is equally important. Hope this reaches the concerned. By tomorrow if I dont get proper response from showroom then will have to contact HYUNDAI itself. Thank You . Thats KARMA for ditching my SWIFT for I20. Yes I was a proud owner of Maruti SWIFT. Mar 10, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved The showroom guys came up with an agreement and asked me to bear 6000 now. Thinking no further I agreed to it. Hope the replacement atleast works fine.
