Please find the forwarded complaint against MGF Hyundai, Padivattam and give me a permanent solution for the same. Yesterday your sales executive and manage came here and try to convince me. And trying to take the car to Service centre but I didn't allowed for repair. because I paid for a new Car only. Also yesterday only I came to know that you delivered the vehicle which is 2015 model only even in the date of July 2016. They offered 75000/- cash discount and 10000/- Hyundai accessories, 3rd year warranty but they didn't given the cash discount. Know its very clear it was a cheating. So I am expecting the permanent solution from your end in a short time. So I want brand new car only. because today morning from11.30 to 2pm your service team came here to convince me and repair the dent. 7. You committed to give third year warranty with free of coast, 8. You committed to give Hyundai seat cover, steering cover, body cover. 9. Not given the customer docket. 10. Didn't given form 20 and Insurance cover note in delivery time, after 10 days only you provided the same when rejected the registration from Kakkanadu RTO. 11.
