Hyundai Motor India — forced repair and mental harassment by hyundai service kondhwa pune | |||
I gave my car 2 weeks back for repair through insurance. My claim was rejected by insurance company due to some issues by person who issued policy. Since then I have been telling hyundai to not proceed with repairs as I don't want this to be paid by me. Hyundai despite telling me not to perform started denting and painting without my approval and now asking me to pay for it. When I say I haven't asked you to do all this, then their reply is that surveyer approved it verbally and rejected next day. By that time they started repair. I never authorised hyundai for repair and rather asked not to do until insurance is resolved. I have no option but to proceed with consumer court for mental harassment as my car is still with them.
