Hyundai Motor India — fraud and cheating customers

Im the owner of wb-08-c 7108. I purchased the car in jan 2017 and excess amount paid is not yet refunded despite of a years follow up. Bengal hyundai is the dealer who sold the car and now states they are waiting for accounts department approval for more than a year now. Yeaterday when i called, amit mitra and rajesh sharma told me that any company wouldn't give the refund to the customer proactively. This statement states that hyundai is a fraud company to cheat customers and do not want to payback customers money received in excess of bill amount. Complete fraud. Dealers licence should get cancelled for duping customer and impacting hyundais goodwill and market share in automobile industry.
