Dear sir,
I had purchased hyundai eon d lite + in january 2012. (Mh 05 ax 7706) the car ran 12500 km so far. The eps system of steering failed and i have replaced it with full charge of rs.19000/-.
Please explain me how it can be failed so early in running of 12500 km only and this i did n't heard such a complaint from any other cars.
I think its purely a manufacturing defect or the poor quality of the eps system.
I didn't get a single penny discount from the service centre, (Ritu hyundai kalyan).
Please give me your explanation on this.

    We have recently (2 months back) bought hyundai xcent e+ (Tn 07 cl 7855) from dsc hyundai saidapet (Sales persons - ranjitha & vinod) for own use. And also the sales team did not give any info abt the accessories & we still haven't received the rc book yet. Even after several followup, no update from them regarding the rc book.

    We have no much usage (Driven only 300 kms till now). We were unable to start the car after a week idle. Got update from hyundai tie up allianz service team that the battery is completely down & there is some leakage-that needs to be checked. Raised a concern to dsc to replace the battery. After several call & continuous followup for a week with their branch manger (Rangarajan) & crm (Chandrakala), engr came and updating as no issues & if a week idle means the battery will surely go down & telling hyundai tie up allianz service team has blabbered something to convince you & asking to raise a complaint with battery manufacturer exide to get the status report of battery. Battery manufacturer exide service person visited and confirmed that there is no issues with the battery but could see some leakage values as (.78) instead of 0. Completely dissatisfied and need a proper update and service to rectify the error.

      Dear Sir,
      Sub : Recurring non-functioning of LPG kit - in my Hyundai Eon Delite car-
      Regarding.

      I had purchased Hyundai Eon Delite car with option of functioning through both petrol/LPG through your registered/authorized dealer M/s Susee Hyundai, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu on[protected] under the registration number of TN 72 AM 0279 having engine No. B3HACM004634 -vin MALA151FLCM08255B.

      The total travelled distance from[protected] to till date is 54, 738 kms. only and out of this kms., I had used the LPG option less than 10, 000 kms.

      Whenever, we had given the service of the car for LPG mode, slow speed is running and high speed is block of the LPG unit, the dealer had serviced the vehicle for LPG kit too. On[protected], and they too had serviced the car by changing some parts in the LPG kit, and they said it would be repaired at the time of delivery on 05.01.2018 ( Bill no.R/O No. R[protected] dt. 05/01/2018). Also told the Service Engineer at the time of delivery, LPG is not available in your car, so not tuning the LPG kit, you filled the LPG gas of car after I will tune the LPG kit within 5minutes. I had given the Car on 08.01.2018 after filled the LPG gas. But the LPG kit fault was not rectified till the date of 13.01.2018. I had visit our registered/authorized dealer M/s Susee Hyundai, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu on[protected], they had informed me while delivering the car, that the car needed LPG kit replacement and expenditure is more than Rs.40000/-

      I am embarrassed to hear such opinion from the dealer’s mechanic for a car that was
      Purchased in May 2012 and ran 55000 kms only requires the entire LPG kit unit to be replaced.

      I like to bring the same to your notice as we are unable to bear such huge cost for a faulty LPG kit.

      I request you to intervene in this matter with your dealer and make me as a satisfied Hyundai car customer.

        Bought a hyundai i20 active from saini hyundai, new alipore, kolkata on 29/12/17. Car was full of thousand of ants and filthy dirty from the base and the bonnet. Given to company thrice, on 02.01, again on 03.01 and third time for 25 days on 05.01. Car returned yesterday with no solution. Still filthy dirty. Sales person informed that the car was in stock in their godown for more than 6 months. It has rust in several place in the base. Please help

          On 28th January 2018, I visited Hyundai workshop Morani Motors Mangyawas New Sanganer Road Jaipur for having some noise in front wheels . I was surprised to know that steering of car need to be replaced other wise it may free any time and may occur severe accident during driving which may goes to life loss also.
          Can't understand why such big brand have such trouble in product . We have another cars 10 to 15 year old but no such problem in any car.
          Such problem may loss of a life which should not be in a big brand name..
          It is not a financial loss but image loss of a big brand name
          Hello my car no is ka22z5352 its an i20 elite petrol asta model.. M facing problem with my smart key as am not able to operate 1one of my key. Hade notified my prob in the company in my last visit bt still the issue remains the same

            We booked car and then cancelled in 4 days and wanted to change the variant and they were not ready to give same offer, we cancelled our booking sales person promised or full refund but later on they said they will charge us rs 3000/- cancellation fees. We have asked them to write same as a reply to our mail. It is three months passed and have not received any reply. Where as we all looking for full refund as they were not ready to give change in variant and were not even giving a booked variant which was available with the dealer as they wanted to sale that at higher price (For diwali).

              I have purchased i20 elite asta optional.. The projector headlamps is having wet inside... I asked the service manager reason... He said it is common for all vechicle.. But we have another car with same model.. But it is ok... I said the projector lamps came for my car is complaint or manufacturing defect so change it in warranty period... They are not responding for it... Kindly take in to consideration

                My name is piya dhar. I had deposited the entire money of 12.5 loans at r square hyundai and booked my car. Thr day i booked my car i was promised that it will be delivered on 31 jan 2018. But after receiving the entire amount they informed that flame orange color verna is not available and stopped picking up my calls.
                R square hyundai at k star malll chembur has done false commitment to make the sales and gave wrong information about the car. I am surprised how pathetic are the services of hyundai and the customer care number is so useless. I think they should resolve the problems of customers and respond to the calls.

                This is really very disappointing to see such response from the dealer and also from hyundai.

                  This is my 3rd hyundai car and its an 2013 model i20. I have bought this car from pramukh hyundai at prabhadevi in mumbai. Since day 1 all my services are happening at the registered pramukh hyundai workshop which is at kamal auto compound, rc rd, mysore colony, near rcf gate no.2, chembur, mumbai, maharashtra 400074.

                  The pramukh hyundai workshop called me in november 2017 to arrange a service pick up which did not happen eventually because of lack of drivers. They requested me to wait for 2 weeks and they would schedule a new pick. I waited 2 weeks and called the pramukh hyundai workshop and i was promised a pick up by mid december. The pick up did not happen again nor i was ever contacted by the workshop.in mid december i called the supervisor who use to my car in usually. (Mangesh - [protected]) mangesh promised me a pick up will be done within a week itself. But nobody has called nor come to collect the car since a month. I have called the workshop thrice on three different occasions and the supervisor once for the same request but non of them have shown courtesy to do their job or at least call me back. I am not in the country and therefore i couldn't send my car myself because my parents are old & alone and don't know how to drive. I've experienced terrible customer service from the pramukh hyundai workshop. The following are my car details -

                    On 19 jan.2018 i made a complaint that i have one year additional warranty for running 60000k. M. Or may 2017, my vehicles run hardly 30000k. M. & always get service in hyundai service center, inspite the indication service center never took serious for replacing eps before may, but indicated later on when i pointed out the issue they told me to run some time more, but it is difficult to run, i got information it is a common problem in hyundai, & being not faced in other company, i want eps should be replaced considering under warranty, my complaint id 1840720 already pending.

                      There was some noise in engine of my hyundai creta on 8th jan 2018. My car is in warranty. I am told that some part is being replaced. Its been 20 days already i am facing lot of problem and expenses in commuting. I have asked hyundai to provide me courtesy car for the time being. There was manufacturing as well as technical fault from hyundai. Even i requested to provide me car for 2-3 days they didn't even bother to reply my email even.

                      Uphill now they are ready to tell me what part they are replacing and why didnt engine light blinked.

                        I purchased an i20 car from mukesh hyundai (P. P. 101, nazrul islam avenue, krishnapur, kolkata – 700059) during jan 2017 by making 100% down payment. I didn’t take any vehicle finance to purchase this car. After the delivery of the car, when the smart token (Issued by motor vehicle dept– pvd, beltala) was handed over to me by my dealer, i noticed that the hypothecation was ticked as ‘yes’ whereas it should have been ‘no’ as there was no underlying loan. When i took this up with my dealer, mukesh hyundai - they mentioned that they would get the same rectified within 15 days. This was promised to me during march 2017 & it has been 1 year since the purchase of the car that the revised smart card has not yet been handed over to me. I tried to contact them several times but every time they find an excuse to defer the process by another 15 days. Now they have stopped taking calls & mentioned during the last conversation that this correction is not possible from their side as there are a lot of paper work required which is time taking & they cant spare that much time. They insisted that i keep the old smart card & get the entire process done through the agents who would charge some money & get the same corrected from the motor vehicle’s department directly. When i took this up with the motor vehicle department, they mentioned that since the registration formalities are done by the dealers, this rectification has to be done by the dealer only & customers directly can’t initiate this process. Since the payment was made upfront & because of the negligence of mukesh hyundai, there was a mistake in the smart card issued by the motor vehicle, i would request that they get the necessary correction done & deliver me the revised smart card. It has been 1 year since i have bought the car & i am not being able to drive it freely as the necessary documents which should be in the car is not there & i can be stopped by any traffic guard at any time if i am driving the car without an authorized smart card.                           I mr. Kuldeep bhattacharya wants to bring to your kind notice that i had booked a hyundai eon delight plus car from mohon motors (Sector v, salt lake, kolkata) through government's gatidhara scheme. I booked it more than 1 year ago but cannot get my car in hand till now. I had paid full down payment for the car to hyundai company on october 2017. My emi has already been started but i cannot able to pay the same as because i am not getting the car anyway. For the above reason i want to claim compensation against mohon motors for not giving me the car at proper time and all the harrasment which i have to face for it. Either mohon motors do return back my money which i have paid them or give me compensation within 7 days. If i do not get any sollution within 7 days then i have to go to the consumer forum for solution.

                            I am rohit uttarwar have send vehicle number mh34-bb 0825 have been taken to service repair in ketan hyundai on 29th december 2017 against accident repair.

                            The insurance survey completed on 3rd january 2018 and vehicle was promised after repair on approximately by 25th january 2018. Service centre informed me that the parts purchase order have been placed on 4th january 2018.

                            It was found that there was no repair work started till 19th january 2018 neither parts were received. The service centre is not communicating properly neither they are giving me any confirm date of vehicle delivery. Only assurance is provided with no commitments against the repair.

                            Confirm me what is hyundai's service tat and what next step should i take to get my vehicle repaired as early as possible. What is the point in buying a vehicle with brand like hyundai and suffering for repairs.

                            Confirm me a possible delivery date as the complaint will complete 30 days by another 5 days

I have not got my registration paper of my crete car along with invoice letter or any paper from your dealer krishna hyundai to till today.. So i am unable to move out anywhere on the road without registration paper..& i am really fed-up with your dealer krishna hyundai varanasi because i have made so many phone calls over there but they are trying to make me fool or doesn't give any information regarding my registration paper or any other papers.. So i am going to submit a complaint against your dealer "krishna hyundai" in the consumer court within one week..

                                My car's engine has been repaired for last 2times in a span of 1 year by m. B hyundai first time with a bill of 46 thousand and second time by a bill of 86 thousand and again having the same problem for which they had repaired. Inspite of accepting their mistakes they are again asking for 40 thousand rupees to repair.
                                Tell me just one reason why shouldn't i sue them for negligence and recover whole sum of of money we have spent and the mental harrassment that we have suffered.
                                What the hell these hyundai customer care people are doing if yhey don't have any redressal mechanism or control over their service providers.
                                Not lessthan 10 mails regarding this issue have been sent from my side to receive nothing in return.

                                  I had come to neelam automobiles pvt. Ltd, sai auto hyundai, borivali (East), mumbai hyundai service centre on 22/01/2018 with a small problem of left front window glass not going down from the main switch of my four wheeler verna fluidic mh02dn2805, mfg year 2014.in this concern i paid total bill of rs. 13, 532/- (Part amount rs. 6, 221.66 + labour amount rs. 7, 310.10) with vin. Malcu41dmem168861 and r/o no r[protected]. There are more than 50% things which were not required to change such as (Grease caliper guide, filter air cleaner, coolant, car & inj cleaner etc). They have included labour amount of rs 7, 310 with 9% & 14% cgst and sgst even more than the parts cost which is rs.6, 221. This total service shouldn’t have costed more than rs. 6, 000. Should the labour charge cost more than the parts cost?? That too rs 7, 310 when the car has not been droven more than merely 16, 000 km only. Is it worth buying a hyundai car if its maintenance cost is rs. 14, 000 on 16, 000 km first hand droven car??? Advisor mr. Ashok even charged me for wiring harness repairing 1000 rs+ taxes which i repeatedly told him that this defect was there since the time i bought the car and had shown it to the earlier advisors who misguided me by saying it is normal and there is no need to do anything about it. It showed a light near the speedometer sign which was there from the time we bought the car in the starting one month. Their advisors keep changing and will obviously not know what the previous manager has false committed and they don’t even keep a record of the problem which i had mentioned about the light reflecting near the speedometer just after few weeks of the car being purchased. If i don’t get a reply and a compensation for this loot from me then i promise i will never buy a hyundai vehicle from next time onwards and will bad mouth about it as well. Is this the day you wanted us to experience hyundai? Merely cheating and fooling customers. Ready to get thousands of money. Its our hard earned money from our day to day job life. Not only this was a bitter experience we had but we did not receive our rc book for good 1.5-2 years and when asked the dealer he raised his hands even after repeatedly chasing him and even during second free service of hyundai the advisors charged me rs 5, 418 even for the so called 'free service". Attaching all the proofs required. Hope to have a revert at the earliest to get a compensation for hyundai's mistake. Highly disappointed!!

                                    Hi,
                                    The service advisor informed me that the turbocharger of my fluidic verna crdi (2013) that has clicked on 20, 000 kms has been damaged and that i need to replace the whole assembly which is costing more than ₹70, 000/- since replacement parts for the segment inside the turbocharger that's damaged is not currently available in india.
                                    The service advisor said something about the core of the turbocharger that's damaged.
                                    My question is why such replacement parts are not available in india? And i'm wondering how a robust component like the turbocharger got so quickly damaged since i've ran only 20, 000 kms on the car.
                                    Kindly look in to the matter and revert back.

                                      Sir kindly look into the matter with a serious interest driving the car is getting bad to worst. Now even starting problem is also coming sometimes it starts and sometimes it creates problem. It has not been, even a week since i have got the car and various issues are coming.
                                      Sir please send some proper technical guy because if the problem keeps on coming every now and then, then it will be very difficult for me.

                                        Our car hyundai eon dlite + was given for repair and insurance claim on 7th nov 2017 at the mb hyundai mb automobiles pvt ltd located near medical college road in gorakhpur.
                                        The car was received back on 22nd nov. 2017. Our stereo which was cd player enabled stereo was replaced with a low category music system of the same brand sony.
                                        Hence next morning on 23rd itself a complain was raised against it at the service centre itself where the service centre executives had requested for a few days time.
                                        Till date we have not received any clarifications from the service centre with regards to the exchange of the stereo.
                                        Today when me and my dad had gone to meet the owner of the place they denied saying that he is out of town neither they gave his no. So that we can contact.
                                        We spoke to the ceo mr. Akshay who straight forwardly denied saying that he is helpless in this matter.
                                        After massive discussion he agreed on the fact that he needs another 2 weeks time to investigate on the matter.
                                        My matter of concern is that being such a great brand into the market how can one have such negligent staff in place.
                                        It is close to 3 months now they have been able to come on to a conclusion.
                                        One of there workshop manager mr. Arvind was really rude.
                                        There ceo mr. Akshay seems to be a helpless officer.
                                        Brand like hyundai should not have people like this who kill the loyalty of the customers.
                                        Really a poor show and i am really disappointed with the delay and negligence of the senior members of the property.
                                        Kindly request you to look into it and would prefer a change in the stereo at the earliest.
                                        Ecm problem, this problem is facing by most of the users of Hyundai cars i10. I am also facing problem my car get stopped anywhere. It is very risky for me as I am a lady driver. Company should replace same by free of cost. As it is defect in Hyundai car.
