[Resolved] Hyundai Motor India — fraud in refund process | |||||
I booked Hyundai Venu on 24th May 2019 Receipt N1211S/1920/NB225, from Hyundai (sapphire) showroom Mayapuri Delhi 110064 I had to cancel the Hyundai venue booking because of Pathetic customer experience from (Mr. Tarpan Kaushik Hyundai sales Executive) because # I was promised by him for a test drive which I did not get until booking cancellation # I wasn't told/explained about booking cancellation fees by him even he took my written consent quickly (Which was captured in showroom CCTV) Now he has denied returning my 100% booked amount & hold my hard earned money.
