Hyundai Motor India — fraud service repair or manufacturing quality defect | |||
I own a hyundai grand i10, which i got repaired in feb'2018 at trident hyundai, narayanpura, kr puram. The problem was a support panel behind the front bumper was damaged earlier and it was replaced and insurance claimed. Now after a few months the same part is found as damaged again and asked for the replacement and bear the whole cost again. Either the new part was not replaced earlier or some old part had been assembled or it might be a manufacturing defect or some quality issues as the vehicle has no hit or accident case. So hereby raising a complaint to hyundai to investigate the matter and request for an early response. Was this information helpful? | |||
