I purchased one creta 1.4 on April 2018, and its glass crashed because of coconut leaf and some pain gone at the same side. I went to Pothens Hyundai Mannanthala showroom for repairing it. After 10 days they changed the glass and painted the scratch. But white paint was flooded over there, when I asked about that one service guy came and polished it. I asked for the bill same day, but they said like some technical issue is there so they will give the bill later. So I went home, next day it was raining and when I went outside with car water pumped inside the car through dashboard (please find attached video). So I contacted same service centre and they asked me to go to service centre with car. And they fixed the issue. Then I asked about the previous bill and they gave one bill with additional charges, and they claimed the same amount from insurance company. When I asked about the additional charge they said like there was some scratches on bonnet they changed the bonnet but actually they didn’t changed which is clear. When I enquired about it they requested me for not making it an issue they can do some favour to me. From the beginning it self the service provided by Pothen Hyundai Mannathala showroom was not satisfiable. And from my experience I understand they are fooling customers and insurance companies. So kindly take some action on this. Otherways we register a case in labour court for cheating. So please give reply and take action against frauding. [KL 21 R 50]
