Frustrated service was provided by hyundai. My car was perfectly fine before my car's third service but after the service the oil pump that sends oil to my steering wheels etc was damaged. Unknowingly i travelled to hill station n steering was out of my control. I was unable turn in the turnings. When i contacted hyundai road service it was not in use. I had struggle to find nearby service centres. When i finally found one n tested my vehicle i was charged 16k for replacing new oil pump. I didnt repair n brought it back to chennai. I want hyundai to take up the responsibility in replacing the parts and i am not ready to pay out of my pocket. Hyundai pickup and drop service often puts me into such situations everytime. During my car's first service it was hit at bumper n was covered up with paints at the time of delivery. People are just simply apologizing for the damage caused by them. Drivers n mechanics at service centres are so careless about the customer's cars.
