Hyundai Motor India — frustrating experience with customer executive naveen | |||
Hi team, The customer executive naveen at trident hyundai sankey road is not a good executive, he has done many blunders with my booking, deliver date and also my vehicle registration. Firstly i had booked the car from blue hyundai and after i got a confirmation from the executive that the delivery date would be earlier than them i booked the vehicle and i did not get the delivery as promised and then that is not when my problems stopped, the executive has made a much bigger blunder with my vehicle rto registration, my rto is ka 05 but the executive has changed it to ka 41, which cannot be changed and every time he makes a mistake he doesn't even feel sorry for what he has done and even after calling him multiple times there will be no response from him. So to sum up my experience with trident hyundai, it was very frustrating and also the unprofessional behavior from the executive naveen is annoying and makes me not to recommend or visit the trident hyundai sankey road showroom ever again. Kindly take necessary action against him. Also, want to greatly appreciate mr. Avinash for the frank and prompt way of working towards fixing all the blunders.
