I arunima had paid rs 15000 on 28th june and booked hyundai creta e+ diesel car on 28th june at gajuwaka lakshmi hyundai, andhra pradesh showroom. The personnel there promised me delivery date was then extended to aug 15th citing transit delays but delivery was made to another customer. On 18th august i made the complete car full payment, then again citing transit delays mr. Ravi babu promised to deliver the car on 22nd. But even today i didn't get the car.
Yesterday i complained to customer care about this issue and they connected ravi babu through conference call, on which he ensured car delivery on 27th august 2018. Today sales executive called me in the evening saying my car has reached the showroom but when we went to the showroom ravi babu started harassing us saying only if we take insurance in lakshmi hyundai only, the car will be delivered or we will not get our car. The premium charged by lakshmi hyundai is rs 36000, which is very high compared that offered by bank viz rs 21000. The insurance amount is already deducted from our bank.
Earlier i had great respect for hyundai but now this harassment is very disturbing and this type of service will make you loose your brand value. Just for insurance they are not giving me car even after making complete payment. Are they hyundai agents or insurance agents?
Solve the issue immediately or refund my money
