Hyundai Motor India — grand i10 nios amt sportz petrol model - remote locking & warranty

I have taken delivery on 03rd sept 2019 of recently launched car - grand i10 nios amt sportz petrol model.
1) while locking and unlocking with remote, the sound is very very high. Especially, the kids and elderly people around the car get shock with the sound. We have mentioned this while purchasing the car to the sales person from kun hyundai, gachibowli. However, he has expressed his helplessness.
Kindly arrange to reset and reduce the sound urgently.

2) as per the options shown on website, under basic variable warranty plan, the customer can opt for either of the options:
A) 3 years / 100000 km
B) 4 years / 50000 km
C) 5 years / 40000 km.

I would like to opt for option c - 5 years / 40000 km.
I requested the dealer to include the same in my invoice.
He has refused to do so.
Kindly do the needful.
