Hyundai Motor India — Harassment & fake promises made by goyal hyundai | |||
I regret to say that dealer of company like hyundai motor is cheating the customer by making false promises. i have i10 car model 2010 under registration no. PB10CW9841.From last one month the person from goyal hyundai approaching me for car service and luring me with schemes like 25% discount on labour, free wheel allignment and balancing, one surprise gift. They approaching me daily and told me that scheme will be over by 31.05.15. Then i booked appointment for car service on 31.05.15 to avail the scheme. I covered the 20km distance to reach the goyal hyundai for car service at 9.50am. I shocked when they say there is no such scheme, but when i resisted then they offered me only 25% discount on labour, surprise gift (rs 100 coin).They refused to service the car and send my vehicle without gate pass to remove the proof. I have covered 40km distance and wasted my holiday.Pl look into the matter, dealer of such big organisation harassing the customer and playing with their sentiments.
