Sir, I booked Creta (Diesel Base Model) car on 20th August
2020 at Samrithi Motors Ambala. They told us that we'll get
our car in 2 or 3 months. They didn't even tell us that there was
a 6 month booking period.
Everytime we called them they told to wait. Even after 3
months the final date of 25th december was given. During 3
week of december they started calling to make payment. We
asked them to tell us tge delivery date and we will give money
on the same day at showroom itself. They accepted but Then
they gave last date of 31 st December. Then they again gave us
the date of 8 th January.
We were harrassed so much that we complained on your toll
free number. At first no reply came then we tried again but
they said that Smriti motors told hyundai to give us car on 20th
feb only. Now even 8 th has passed but they said that you
complained so we will show you
And give you the car at 22nd feb now .
We complained many times on toll free number no reply came
Then we sent call recordings as well but even they said you
must have waited for 8th jan. They said nothing can be done
by this call recording .
We are harrassed very much sir
We booked the car in 2020 to get it in 2020 as we were told.
Nobody told us about 6 month waiting process.
And now the prices are increased due to which it is becoming
di#icult to afford.
We never expected such a harrassment from this company.
Please do something. This is very wrong.
We request you to give us delivery of car before 20th january.
And if possible at the prices of 2020
As otherwise we would have purchased some other car that
time now all the car's prices are increased.
Sir after a lot of harrassment we decided to try to contact you
one last time before moving this case to court. Do not let us
down.
