Hi, I purchase I-20 Magna (Optional) model in last Oct -2013. it run almost 9000 km, currently i am facing problem into right side excel at drivers side. niether i met with any accident, also i service my car within stipulated timeline of service. My complaint is that if someone is purchasing a car cost near about 6.25lakhs out of his savings, and during such a short tenure he is facing problem related to parts of car then there is no sense of purchase car from such company. My last car was also related to Hyundai, and due to faith in your company i purchased car from Hyundai.Now it really make my investment dead as i am facing problem in 9 months old car. Looking for positive response.
