I hereby lodge a strict complaint against Malwa Hyundai, Ganaur Sonipat Haryana for treating their customers in an unprofessional manner. Their Sales Manager, Mr. Anil had given reference to Mr. Vikas Tyagi. After prolonged negotiations on 26th April 2021, I finalized Hyundai Aura cars, S CNG version, White color. I even paid them a booking amount of INR 5000/- for the car instantly via Paytm. Mr. Vikas Tyagi promised me the delivery of the car between 20th May to 30th May, as well as further booking confirmation letter and other details within the next few days.
To date, I don't know about the status of the car delivery. ON 8th May, when I made an effort to Reach Mr. Vikas Tyagi, he informed me about the delay in delivery because of lockdown and Hyundai Plants are shut for one month. and he promised me the delivery on 2nd or 3rd of June. Later on, I saw in the newspaper that the Hyundai plant shut down between 25th May to 29th May, due to unrest among the workforce. when I contacted Mr. Vikas Tyagi, he was not at all unapologetic about the delay, rather he was justifying himself by saying that we committed, and not all commitments in life can be fulfilled. I reminded him that he was still under obligation. He called me and told me my car will be delivered near about 15th June and asked me for car loan papers and I applied for the same and got a confirmation letter from the bank and I shared the details with Mr. Vikas Tyagi. He told me my car is out for delivery on 6th June 2021 and will be delivered on 13th July 2021. When I contacted him on the 13th of June, he told car has not reached to the showroom and it may come any day. I reminded him that as a customer it's my right to know where is my car in transit and when it will be delivered. but he never gave me any satisfactory answer. I further mentioned to him that one irritated customer will deter at least 10 other customers, and I will ensure that this word reaches out to all other potential Hyundai customers, local newspapers, media channels, and blog sites on the internet. On this Mr. Vikas Tyagi, he will give another person's booking car and too of different colour and I agreed. But today, Mr. VIkas again refused the car delivery. On demanding a specific reason for denying he did not give any concrete answer either. I am suspecting, he has given my car to another person in black. This is not at all done and I intend to lodge a formal complaint with the competent court of law. I further intend to take the matter to full justice.I have all the call recording with Mr. Vikas and I am unable to attach here, as the option of attaching call recordings is not availabe.
I demand a full-scale written apology from MR. Vikas Tyagi AND Malwa HYUNDAI Ganaur. Stern action must be taken against both the dealership and the salesman which are trying to seriously damage the image of a customer-oriented company such as HYUNDAI. Further, I demand immediate delivery of my car. I hope somebody is listening at HYUNDAI-INDIA. I never hoped for such an unpleasant start with HYUNDAI.
